Refund policy

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, the return address. Please do not send returns to the address shown on the original package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges, when applicable, are not refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
