We currently ship Whimsa orders within the United States.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is currently free on all U.S. orders.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment partners. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item, destination and carrier.

As a general guide, please allow approximately 7–15 business days for delivery unless a different estimate is clearly communicated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, holidays, weather conditions, high order volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive in different packages.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
